It also includes many advanced variations of fitness training for strength, balance, flexibility, stress relief, and core development movements to help you reach all of your goals. This is a great class for students looking for a challenge.
This is special 75-minute mashup class where Rebirth Yoga meets Restorative Yin Yoga. The first 45-minutes of this class is dedicated to poses that are found in the Rebirth Yoga class, followed by 30-minutes of stress relieving Restorative Yin Yoga.
Vinyasa, a style of yoga which is very cardiovascular, strings poses together moving from one pose to another in fluid, graceful movements. During the Vinyasa, the practitioner flows from one pose to the next through a sequenced variety of postures. Anuttara Raja yoga is the complete opposite. Instead of using muscles, you disengage the muscle in order to gain access to the connective tissue. Unlike Vinyasa, you move in very slow movements.
Reach your yoga and fitness goals faster with this high-intensity interval training class. 5 min warmup, 30 min of intense cardio and strength stations designed to get your heart rate up followed by a rest interval. This class includes kickboxing, weights, TRX bands, and functional strength training. These athletic movements will burn calories, build muscle tone, and sharpen your skills. Learn kickboxing from a blackbelt, who has an exercise physiology degree, who is a certified personal trainer, and over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry! Combined together, this workout will make you sweat & ensure you reach all your goals! Finish with 10 minutes of deep stretching & relaxation for a total of a 45-minute class. Bring a small hand towel, water, and shoes to workout in. You have the option to bring your own gloves if you want, but we provide them also.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, along with your breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa yoga classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. This class is for Beginner yoga students. It is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that synchronizes the breath with a continuous flow of movement involving challenging postures.
This class is designed to target the glutes, abs, and overall core muscles. Starting with sun salutations to warm up the body, moving into a variety of abdominal workouts, then onto the glutes! The last 15 minutes will be gentle floor poses, then finish with your final relaxation pose. Work up a sweat burning calories while shaping your body!
